The firm is looking for a Lead Product Manager to join its Product Management team in Zug, Switzerland, where the team drives the full lifecycle of investment programmes, from flagship private‑market funds to bespoke accounts and evergreen structures. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of new product launches and complex fund restructurings, coordinating closely with structuring, sales and operations as well as external service providers. You will continuously engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, spot critical issues and provide independent solutions. The position also involves identifying and implementing process‑optimisation, automation and digitisation initiatives to boost efficiency and scalability, supporting sales teams with operational expertise, and mentoring less‑experienced product managers through targeted education. The employer requires a university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a comparable field, demonstrated by strong academic results. Candidates must bring at least nine years of relevant experience in asset management or private markets, proven leadership abilities and advanced stakeholder‑management skills across teams, partners and clients. A solid record of delivering process improvements, automation and digitisation projects is essential, as is the capacity to handle complex operational tasks under tight deadlines. The role also demands the ability to mentor junior colleagues, a collaborative mindset that drives measurable impact, and excellent written and verbal communication adaptable to varied audiences.
