AI Engagement Manager (AIF)(m/f/d)

The AI Engagement Manager role is part of the AI Factory, a central unit within Allianz Technology. This unit develops and implements AI-driven solutions across the Allianz Group. The AI Factory operates through four key areas: Personal Productivity, AI-Native Ways of Working, Application Rebuild & Modernization, and AI Use Case Delivery. These areas are supported by a shared AI platform ecosystem that provides essential components for all solutions. The main responsibilities of the AI Engagement Manager involve forming and leading teams, known as half-pizza squads, with Forward Deployed Engineers and local IT or global vertical experts. The manager shapes and executes demand from Operating Entities (OEs), making AI Factory capabilities visible and matching reusable building blocks to the OEs' pain points. They steer multiple engagements simultaneously, transferring knowledge and lessons between them. The manager also ensures that the scope of projects is validated and adjusted as needed, and owns the handover of projects to the global service or local IT team. Additionally, they maintain the relationship with the OE after go-live and prepare communications for senior stakeholders. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a degree in business, management, technology, or a related field. They should also have experience steering delivery or programmes in a larger organization. Proficiency in English is required, as is the ability to work in a hybrid model.
