The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Pricing, Data and Contract Specialist include preparing quotes and pricing proposals, managing the full contract lifecycle, and maintaining pricing and commercial conditions in corporate systems. The role also involves investigating and resolving price discrepancies, creating one-time customer offers, and managing master data for healthcare professionals, customers, and products. Additionally, the specialist will handle user access requests, test and roll out digital pricing tools, and produce recurring dashboards and ad hoc analyses to support commercial decision-making. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degrees are an advantage. Experience in pricing, contracting, commercial operations, sales support, or master data management, preferably in the MedTech, healthcare, or regulated industry environment, is required. Fluency in German and professional-level English skills are mandatory; French is an advantage. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data systems are also beneficial. Nice-to-have skills include strong organizational and project coordination abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for working across different functions and levels.
