Visit.org is seeking a Freelance In‑Person Event Specialist to join its Zurich‑based team. Visit.org connects corporations with curated social‑impact experiences worldwide, offering HR, CSR and Meetings & Events leaders a library of team‑building activities across more than 90 countries. Clients such as Colgate, Paramount, Visa and Tommy Bahama rely on the platform to create purpose‑driven engagements that benefit local nonprofits. The specialist will be the on‑site coordinator for each event, handling everything from set‑up and alignment with venue staff to tear‑down and material shipment. Responsibilities include joining virtual planning calls with corporate partners, nonprofit hosts and internal coordinators, managing guest check‑in, troubleshooting supply or technology issues, and providing real‑time updates, photos and videos to the Events Team. After the event, the role involves cleaning the site, repacking supplies, labeling boxes and arranging their return to the distribution centre. Visit.org requires a candidate who lives in Zurich and can work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, on a per‑event contract basis.
