Business Development Manager Industrial Testing

The primary responsibilities of the Business Development Manager for Industrial Testing involve driving market development and strategic customer engagement. This role requires identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, and ensuring alignment between sales and marketing activities. The manager will also build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, acting as a technical and commercial expert for Industrial Testing applications. Additionally, the role involves providing market insights and customer analysis to support product development and new product launches. To qualify for this position, candidates must have a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline. Experience in industrial testing, automated testing systems, production engineering, or industrial automation is essential. A proven track record in business development, market analysis, and Go-to-Market planning is required. Strong technical expertise combined with commercial acumen is crucial, with additional business or sales knowledge being advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory, while familiarity with SAP and CRM systems is beneficial. Fluency in English at a C1 level is required, with German language skills and additional languages being an advantage. Nice-to-have skills include experience working with industrial technologies, manufacturing processes, and/or IoT-related solutions.
