Join a global social‑media initiative as a French‑speaking Video Content Analyst based in Lisbon, Portugal. The company runs a short‑video platform and needs you to help keep the community safe and compliant. Your daily work will involve examining user‑generated videos, images, text and audio to verify they follow the platform's rules. You will delete material that breaches policies, moderate comments, posts and user appeals, tag and categorize content, and flag recurring moderation patterns. Collaboration with policy and compliance teams is required for handling complex cases, and you should be prepared for occasional exposure to violent, adult, hateful or misleading material. The role demands native‑level French (C1) and at least intermediate English (B1). You must exhibit meticulous attention to detail, solid analytical and decision‑making abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously. Comfort with repetitive tasks and willingness to cover rotating shift patterns are essential. Prior experience in moderation or customer support is considered a plus. The position offers a three‑week paid training programme conducted entirely in English, health insurance from day one, a meal‑allowance card, and monthly holiday and Christmas bonuses. Compensation can be taken with company‑provided accommodation, a fully furnished shared flat with utilities, Wi‑Fi and TV, or without it, both options including base salary, allowances and bonuses. The contract is Portuguese, full‑time (40 hours/week) with 8‑hour shifts plus a one‑hour lunch break, and the environment is international with clear pathways for career advancement. What the role asks for: - French fluency (C1/native) - English proficiency (B1 or higher) - Strong attention to detail - Good analytical and decision‑making skills - Ability to work independently - Flexibility for rotating shifts - Previous moderation or customer‑support experience (nice‑to‑have)
