Collecting player feedback and sharing insights for ongoing improvement, as well as participating in regular training sessions, form part of the workflow. The essential qualifications include native‑level German fluency, a solid command of English, and prior experience in a customer‑support or similar environment. You must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, a customer‑centric attitude, and the ability to juggle several tasks in a rapid‑pace setting. Familiarity with CRM tools is considered an asset, and you must be ready to relocate to Malta for the position.
