Strong debugging skills, experience with large codebases, and the ability to document technical workflows clearly are must-haves. Strong written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with multiple AI coding tools, and the ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment are also required. Experience with tools like Codex, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI coding agents, as well as large-scale software projects or architectural refactoring, is a plus. Strong technical documentation and evaluation skills are also preferred.
