Work in Portugal: Video Content Analyst (Accomodation Support Available)!

The position is a Video Content Analyst (Italian) for a global social‑media project, based in Lisbon, Portugal. The company moderates short‑form video content to keep the platform safe and compliant with its community standards. Your daily work will involve reviewing user‑generated videos, images, text and audio, removing material that breaches policy, moderating comments and posts, labeling and classifying content, and flagging recurring moderation trends. You will also collaborate with policy and compliance teams on complex cases and handle user appeals. The role requires native‑level Italian (C1) and at least B2 English proficiency. You must demonstrate strong attention to detail, solid analytical and decision‑making abilities, and the capacity to work independently. Comfort with repetitive tasks and the flexibility to cover rotating shifts are also essential. Prior experience in moderation or customer support is considered a plus. The job includes exposure to sensitive material such as violence, adult content, hate speech and misinformation. It is a full‑time, 40‑hour week with 8‑hour shifts plus a lunch break. The company offers two compensation options: one with company‑provided accommodation (shared, fully furnished, utilities and Wi‑Fi included) and one without.
