Global Process Planner (60%)

medmix, a worldwide leader in high‑precision delivery devices with 14 production sites and about 2 700 staff, is looking for a Global Process Planner to help shape its operations footprint. The role involves evaluating make‑or‑buy options, analysing new products from financial and risk angles, and taking part in strategic network projects such as plant openings or closures. It also includes reviewing and upgrading operational processes, measuring site maturity, contributing expertise to improvement initiatives, and maintaining the Operations Masterdata. A key part of the job is fostering a culture of continuous improvement by coaching professionals, guiding operations leaders, and participating in talent‑management activities. Candidates must hold a master’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable field together with relevant experience, and have a background in project management. Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and communication abilities, experience with change management and a detail‑oriented, structured work style are required.
