Fintech Co-Founder / CTO (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

The role is a Fintech Co-Founder / CTO position, working remotely 100% of the time. The main day-to-day responsibilities involve owning, building, and running your own startup in the Fintech field. This includes an extensive personal development journey, hiring top talent through the company's network, and receiving intensive coaching to prepare for raising significant funding. The role also involves iterating your product until it reaches product-market fit and building a sales force or marketing engine. Must-have requirements include being based in Europe or the Americas or being open to relocate, willingness to take full responsibility for scaling the startup to €100M+ in revenues, and excellent communication skills in English. Nice-to-have skills include a background in Fintech, experience in startup environments, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
