PT Learning Business Partnering Lead

The PT Learning Business Partnering Lead role is a senior leadership position within the Pharma Technical (PT) Global Learning Hub. This role is responsible for driving the adoption of learning solutions based on business needs and for strategic learning topics, such as transitioning from a legacy Read & Understand approach to Competency-Based Learning. The lead will directly oversee the PT Learning Business Partners (LBPs) and Learning Experience Architects, and collaborate with senior leaders across PT on strategic learning initiatives. The main day-to-day responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning long-term organizational capability strategies with core business objectives. The role involves orchestrating and prioritizing global capability needs into a unified enterprise delivery pipeline. Additionally, the lead will coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering expertise in consultative stakeholder management and performance analytics. Establishing and leading a global Community of Practice to drive knowledge sharing and standardize consulting playbooks is also a key responsibility. The role requires driving the adoption of modern adult learning methodologies and collaborating with Quality and Operations leaders to enhance operational performance. To excel in this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree in Education, Organizational Psychology, or Human Capital Management being preferred. A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive leadership experience in strategic capability development or organizational learning is required. Extensive domain expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing, technical operations, quality systems, and regulatory standards is essential. A proven track record of leading large-scale learning transformations and excelling at root-cause analysis is also necessary. Nice-to-have skills include exceptional executive presence and consultative skills, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead matrixed, global teams. The role is based in Switzerland, and the company emphasizes a collaborative and inclusive environment. The position is not eligible for relocation.
