The role of Corporate Actions Analyst at FORFIRM involves contributing to operational projects for Swiss and European banking clients. The analyst will identify potential risk scenarios in corporate actions processing and implement controls to minimize operational exposure. They will also process client elections and instructions on voluntary corporate actions accurately and within required timeframes. Additionally, the analyst will oversee shareholders' meetings and disclosure management activities, ensuring accurate securities master data. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a solid working knowledge of corporate actions processing across both mandatory and voluntary event types. A strong risk awareness mindset and the ability to operate accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment are essential. The role requires Italian bilingual or native level proficiency and English at a minimum B1 level. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required. Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with securities master data and reference data management, as well as knowledge of Area Finanza CAD.
