Semiconductor Shift Maintenance Engineer – Implant 80 – 100% (f/m/d)

Hitachi seeks a Semiconductor Shift Maintenance Engineer, Implant to operate and maintain ion‑implant equipment. The role supports high‑volume semiconductor production at the company's state‑of‑the‑art facility in Lenzburg. During each shift you will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, and carry out corrective actions to keep equipment uptime at its peak. You will log activities, analyse trends and work closely with process engineers and the reliability team to continuously improve performance. Collaboration with process engineers and the reliability team is essential for trend analysis and performance improvement.
