Turner & Townsend Senior Project Manager - Principal Delivery (m/f/d)

The Senior Project Manager within the Principal Delivery team at Turner & Townsend is responsible for managing projects from start to finish. This includes overseeing design, procurement, construction, and handover phases. Key responsibilities include leading construction and fit-out projects, managing program, cost, quality, and risk, and coordinating various project activities. The role also involves acting as a key point of contact for clients, managing contractor and supplier performance, and supporting procurement strategies. Additionally, the position requires identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring projects meet contractual obligations, and contributing to continuous improvement. The role requires a degree in construction, project management, or a related discipline, and proven experience in project management within construction, ideally in commercial office fit-out or similar sectors. Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, commercial awareness, and experience managing contractors and supply chains are essential. The ability to manage risk, make decisions, and operate effectively in fast-paced environments is crucial. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, along with a proactive, organized, and solutions-focused approach, are also necessary. The role requires proficiency in both French and English. Nice-to-have skills include working towards or holding a professional accreditation such as RICS or APM.
