Global Innovation Platform & Process Manager

Sika is a global specialty‑chemicals leader that develops and manufactures bonding, sealing, damping, reinforcing and protection solutions for the construction and industrial sectors. With operations in more than 100 countries and over 400 production sites, the company supports the transition toward more sustainable building and transport. The Global Innovation Platform & Process Manager will join the Global Innovation Management team to help evolve Sika's worldwide innovation ecosystem. In this position you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end ownership of the company's innovation platform (HYPE). Daily tasks include configuring and administering the system, rolling out new features, and turning business needs into scalable digital workflows. You will work closely with innovation teams, business units, IT and external software partners to optimise processes, troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement. The role also involves creating and delivering training material, guiding users, and fostering a collaborative global community while monitoring usage metrics and providing data‑driven recommendations. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Innovation Management, Digital Business, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or a comparable discipline. You have at least three to five years of proven experience leading innovation‑related projects, idea‑management or similar processes, preferably as a Project Lead, Process Manager or Product Owner. Prior work with platform administration, business applications or workflow‑driven systems in an international context is required, as is a strong technical affinity that enables you to translate requirements into effective digital solutions. Hands‑on experience with enterprise software configuration, solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills are essential. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus. Experience with Stage‑Gate or portfolio‑management tools, the ability to produce digital learning content or user documentation, knowledge of change‑management, user‑adoption or community‑management practices, and familiarity with reporting and data‑visualisation tools are considered advantageous.
