Product Owner Transformation Retail [Luxe-Retail] (H/F)

The Product Owner Transformation Retail will join Magellan, an international consulting and technology group that serves the Luxury and Retail sectors. Within the Luxury & Retail division the team supports business and IT functions on e‑Commerce, data, customer experience, in‑store digital solutions, product information management, supply‑chain and green‑transition initiatives. In this role you will shape the vision for digital retail products and create a roadmap together with business and IT stakeholders. Daily tasks involve collecting and analysing needs from retail, e‑commerce, CRM and supply‑chain areas, translating them into a prioritized backlog of epics and user stories, and defining acceptance criteria. You will run framing workshops, challenge requirements and suggest appropriate solutions, then guide technical teams through design, testing, deployment and user adoption. Monitoring key performance indicators and promoting continuous improvement of the solutions, while championing Agile practices within the squad, are also part of the routine. The position requires a university degree, preferably from an engineering school, business school or a programme focused on IT, digital or information systems. At least three years of professional experience are needed, with a minimum of three years spent as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Project Manager on digital transformation projects. Candidates must possess solid knowledge of retail processes and omnichannel customer journeys, and have hands‑on experience with POS, e‑commerce, CRM, clienteling or click‑and‑collect solutions. Proven ability to manage backlogs, write clear user stories and prioritise requirements is essential, as is familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe and the use of tools like Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps. Strong leadership, decision‑making, autonomy and a proactive attitude are also required. A professional level of English is considered a plus.
