A strong understanding of garment construction, pattern-making, fit, materials, and manufacturing processes is essential. Hands-on experience managing development calendars and working with overseas suppliers is also required. Proficiency in Centric PLM or comparable PLM systems is a must, with familiarity with CLO 3D being a plus. Fluency in English is required, with French or German being a plus. Nice-to-have skills include experience with CLO 3D and a genuine interest in sport and products made for movement.
