Civil Site Supervisor - CH

The company specializes in delivering complex and sustainable construction projects. The Civil Site Supervisor will oversee daily on-site operations for a major project in Geneva, ensuring that civil works are executed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with technical documentation, project specifications, and quality standards. The main day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and coordinating civil works activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements, and coordinating subcontractors and site personnel. The role also involves monitoring work progress, reporting deviations and potential risks, and verifying compliance with project drawings and specifications. Additionally, the Civil Site Supervisor will support site management in planning activities, conduct inspections, maintain accurate site records, and collaborate with project teams to resolve technical and operational issues. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a technical education in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role in civil construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards is essential. The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documentation is also required. Nice-to-have skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to learn and work with project management and construction software platforms such as DALUX.
