Product Marketing Manager

Sécheron Hasler Group, a Swiss company with more than 140 years of experience in railway technology, supplies electrical safety components, traction power systems and solutions for renewable energy, DC networks and other industrial applications. The Business Unit Electrical Safety Solutions (ESS) seeks a Product Marketing Manager to steer the go‑to‑market strategy for its product portfolio and help increase sales worldwide. In this position you will shape and execute the unit’s marketing plan together with product line managers, the business development manager and the sales team. Your daily work includes designing launch programmes, creating sales‑support assets such as brochures, presentations, videos, e‑learning modules and web or social‑media content, and producing competitor analyses. You will also keep product documentation up to date, organise the unit’s participation in trade fairs in coordination with the corporate marketing team, manage the marketing budget and contribute to the annual strategy review. The role requires a technical degree in electrical engineering or power electronics plus additional training in industrial product marketing. You must bring at least ten years of international experience in sales and product marketing within an industrial B2B setting, a proven record of successful product marketing, and solid knowledge of at least one sector such as high‑voltage, railway traction, power transmission, renewable energy or e‑mobility. Fluency in English is essential; French and German are advantageous. Strong project‑management, problem‑solving, communication and presentation abilities, as well as an interest in DC and AC power systems, are also mandatory.
