Analyst, Pricing (Bangkok Based, relocation provided)

The Analyst, Pricing role is based in Bangkok with relocation support and sits within Booking Holdings' newly formed global B2B division, which unites the operations of Booking.com, Priceline and Agoda. In this position you will help shape pricing and commercial strategies for partner channels, advising senior stakeholders and turning analytical insights into actionable decisions. Your daily work will involve owning and refining pricing strategies for B2B partners, designing and managing experimentation roadmaps, and conducting structured analyses such as elasticity, incrementality and scenario modelling. You will act as a trusted advisor to internal and external senior leaders, aligning priorities across Commercial, Product, Data Science, Marketing and operations teams, and you will translate complex findings into concise executive presentations and decision‑ready materials. To succeed you need solid experience applying quantitative analysis to commercial decisions in technology, e‑commerce, travel, consulting or internal strategy contexts. Strong business judgment, structured problem‑solving and the ability to frame ambiguous questions are essential. You must excel at stakeholder management and communication, influencing without formal authority, and be comfortable coordinating cross‑functional execution. Proficiency with data tools, including advanced SQL and a visualization platform such as Tableau, is required, as is hands‑on experience designing or interpreting controlled experiments and turning results into clear recommendations. A high‑ownership, bias‑for‑action mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced test‑and‑learn environment are also key, together with a bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business or related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
