Onboarding Project Manager - Europe

As an Onboarding Project Manager for Europe you will steer mid‑market customers through the full onboarding journey, from the moment a contract is signed until the hand‑off to Account Management, ensuring they adopt the platform quickly and achieve measurable business results. In your day‑to‑day role you will own the end‑to‑end onboarding lifecycle, define project scope, timelines and key milestones, and act as the primary liaison for each customer. You will run pre‑kickoff, kickoff and regular check‑in meetings, document actions, and keep stakeholders aligned. Proactively spotting risks, dependencies and escalation points, you will keep projects on track while coordinating efforts across Sales, Onboarding, Product, Support, Professional Services and Account Management. You will also track success metrics such as adoption rates, training completion and usage milestones to support long‑term customer success. The position requires fluency in English and French at a business‑professional level, at least four years of experience in hotel operations or management, and a minimum of one year managing projects in a SaaS or customer‑facing environment. You must be able to juggle multiple projects with strong attention to detail, coordinate cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced setting, and demonstrate excellent communication, relationship‑building and presentation skills. A proactive problem‑solving mindset, comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt quickly to changing customer and business needs are also essential.
