Senior Analog & Power Electronics Hardware Engineer

The Senior Analog & Power Electronics Hardware Engineer will join INAUTALENT’s effort to reinforce the International Space Federation (ISF) in Martigny, Switzerland. ISF pursues experimental research at the edge of physics and advanced engineering, creating high‑energy electronic systems for concepts such as gravity‑control propulsion and quantum‑vacuum energy, in partnership with academic institutions. In this hands‑on position you will lead the complete development of custom analog and power boards, from schematic capture and simulation through PCB layout, prototype fabrication and bench testing. Tasks include designing robust power‑stage topologies, applying impedance‑matching and resonant techniques for frequencies from hundreds of kilohertz to hundreds of megahertz, and using high‑voltage probes, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers and VNAs to validate and debug hardware. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teammates to integrate the boards into larger systems, iterating quickly to meet performance, safety and manufacturability targets. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline and at least seven years of practical analog/power design experience (or five years with strong project evidence). Candidates must have proven ability to create full‑custom boards, work with high‑voltage isolation, and use KiCad or similar capture tools together with SPICE simulators. Proficiency in hands‑on lab work, component selection and BOM management is essential. Preferred experience includes handling sub‑ohm loads, resonant circuits, or RF‑power and pulsed‑high‑voltage applications. The position offers access to advanced laboratory equipment, flexible work options, professional growth opportunities and a collaborative, innovative team environment.
