As a Working Student Customer Care Representative you become the primary conduit between the app and its users, helping them navigate their financial activities. Your everyday work revolves around handling inbound and outbound calls, which make up the bulk of the day, and delivering a courteous, professional experience. You will address questions and resolve issues related to payments, savings and investments, explain features and processes clearly, and ensure that client instructions are executed accurately, especially in time‑sensitive or complex cases. All interactions are recorded in internal systems, and you will cooperate with fellow representatives and other departments to keep service smooth and to feed back ideas for improving the platform. The position requires a completed apprenticeship (Federal certificate of Competence, Fachausweis or Berufsmatura) and prior experience in customer satisfaction, ideally within financial services. Fluency in both English and German is mandatory, and you must possess strong verbal and written communication abilities. Familiarity with standard office software and telephone systems, as well as a keen interest in financial products such as stocks, ETFs and cryptocurrencies, are also essential. Additional assets include a high level of Italian, persuasive and empathetic listening skills, a proactive “can‑do” mindset, and a genuine enjoyment of teamwork.
