Tax Reporting Specialist (80-100%)

Lombard Odier, a globally recognised wealth and asset manager with a strong emphasis on sustainable investing, is looking for a Tax Reporting Specialist to join its Technology & Operations unit. The firm, which manages close to CHF 300 billion across more than 25 offices, offers a broad range of discretionary and advisory portfolio services, wealth solutions and custody, as well as asset‑management and banking‑technology products. In this role you will organise the planning, testing and production of tax statements for both Lombard Odier clients and external BPO customers. You will also develop and refine business‑process controls, support the evolution of the internal tax‑reporting platform, and take part in requirement gathering and testing for new application features. Regular interaction with Front‑Office, Technology, Legal and senior managers is required, together with data‑analysis support on tax‑related matters and the upkeep of operational procedures. The position calls for a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a comparable qualification, though a Swiss CFC or Maturité Professionnelle Bancaire is also acceptable. Prior experience in tax reporting or a similar field is highly valued. Candidates must demonstrate proactive teamwork, strong communication, intellectual curiosity and a solid sense of accountability. Fluency in English and/or French is essential, and additional languages such as German, Italian or Spanish are considered a plus. Residency in Switzerland or willingness to relocate is required.
