Clinical Sales Specialist

The position is a Clinical Sales Specialist for Dexter, a company that provides a robotic system used in operating rooms. The role focuses on supporting installed Dexter units and increasing the number of procedures performed with the robot across an assigned territory. Day‑to‑day duties involve encouraging hospitals to adopt Dexter procedures, introducing the technology to specialties that have not yet used it, and assisting the local sales leadership in meeting usage targets. The specialist trains surgeons and operating‑room personnel before and during surgeries, provides clinical assistance throughout the procedure and after, and ensures a smooth hand‑over of the system to biomedical and OR teams. Additional tasks include teaching hospital staff how to reprocess reusable tools, presenting the clinical advantages of Dexter, maintaining surgeon and key‑opinion‑leader relationships, attending trade shows, forecasting procedure volumes and promoting upgrades or new products. Candidates must have completed professional health‑care training such as nursing or anaesthesia, and bring at least three years of experience working in an operating theatre or in a comparable clinical sales role. Fluency in French and proficiency in English are mandatory, with any extra language considered a benefit. Strong communication, teamwork, a proactive hands‑on attitude, and the ability to travel extensively within the territory are required, as is familiarity with Microsoft Office. Preferred experience includes work in start‑up, launch or fast‑growing commercial environments and solid knowledge of general surgery, gynaecology and urology. The role offers a dynamic, market‑facing position with frequent travel and interaction with a broad clinical network.
