Internship - Customer Service - FBO

Jet Aviation is seeking an intern to join their Customer Service team in Zurich. The company specializes in aviation services, and the intern will support daily operations that enhance the customer experience. The role involves providing professional flight services, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment, and coordinating various services for flight crews and customers. The intern's main responsibilities include managing aircraft handling requests, preparing flight packages, and coordinating arrangements for flight crews and customers. This involves using the FBO One tool to ensure all handling orders are complete and ready for invoicing. The intern will also maintain passenger and crew lounges and assist with the upkeep of company carpool vehicles. Additionally, the intern will contribute to improving service quality and workplace experience, acting as a welcoming ambassador for Jet Aviation. To qualify, candidates must be currently enrolled in a relevant study program in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, Aviation Management, or a related field. Experience in reception, front office, or hospitality roles is required, with aviation experience being an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a service-oriented mindset, are essential. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in German is an advantage. Additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, or Arabic are beneficial. Nice-to-have skills include the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a proactive mindset.
