Senior Kotlin Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Kotlin Software Engineer to become part of our Cham office, where we build high‑performance, customer‑facing applications. As a senior member of the engineering team you will shape the product's technical direction while working closely with product owners, UI/UX designers and the DevOps group. Your daily work will involve creating and maintaining Kotlin codebases, designing scalable micro‑service solutions, and establishing robust CI/CD pipelines. You will also guide junior colleagues, review their contributions and ensure that the overall architecture stays reliable and efficient. To succeed in this role you need at least five years of professional software‑development experience, a deep command of Kotlin and the broader JVM ecosystem, and proven ability to deliver micro‑service‑oriented systems. Hands‑on experience with a major cloud provider, AWS, GCP or Azure, and familiarity with modern DevOps tooling for continuous integration and delivery are essential. Strong analytical thinking and clear communication are also required to collaborate across disciplines.
