Project Manager (m/f/d) – HVAC & Infrastructure

The company seeks a Project Manager focused on HVAC and infrastructure to steer construction and technical projects in a fast‑moving, complex setting. The role involves directing several HVAC and infrastructure assignments from initial planning through to handover, orchestrating cross‑disciplinary teams, contractors and other stakeholders to keep work flowing smoothly. You will control budgets, timelines, risk registers and project records, assess proposals and cost estimates, and supervise contractor performance. Responsibilities also cover handling change orders, negotiations, claims and contract administration, performing site visits, tracking progress and guaranteeing adherence to safety, regulatory and sustainability rules. Reporting duties include drafting project updates, governance documents and maintaining clear communication, while also leading client and stakeholder meetings in both German and English. After completion, you will aid the hand‑over to operations, preparing close‑out files and warranty information. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a comparable technical discipline and possess at least three years of project‑management experience in construction, industrial or technical environments; familiarity with HVAC systems and infrastructure topics is essential. Knowledge of Swiss construction standards such as SIA, related regulatory frameworks and procurement processes is required, as is fluency in English and German. Strong skills in documentation, stakeholder engagement, spreadsheet analysis and presentation creation are also mandatory, together with an entrepreneurial attitude and high ethical standards. Additional assets include experience in pharma or biotech projects, prior team‑leadership roles, involvement in commissions or business‑development activities, and a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities independently.
