PT Learning Technology & Adoption Lead

Roche, a worldwide leader in pharmaceuticals and diagnostics, is looking for a Learning Technology & Adoption Lead to shape the digital learning landscape for its global manufacturing network. The role sits within the PT Global Learning Hub and acts as the chief architect for next‑generation educational technologies, linking innovative tools with the company's mission to improve patient outcomes. On a daily basis you will scout emerging ed‑tech trends, run proof‑of‑concept pilots for generative AI, spatial computing and adaptive learning platforms, and turn successful experiments into scalable business cases with clear return‑on‑investment. You will champion user‑centred design for all learning interfaces, ensure smooth operation of existing systems such as Cornerstone LMS and SkillUp LXP, and provide strategic guidance to a lean team of product owners. Collaboration spans design, operations, quality assurance and enterprise IT to deliver compliant digital solutions for clean‑room and laboratory settings. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, HCI, Instructional Systems Design, Data Science, Engineering or a comparable discipline, or equivalent professional experience. You must bring more than eight years of leadership in digital learning technology, ed‑tech innovation or enterprise‑wide digital transformation. Hands‑on experience with immersive technologies (VR/AR/MR) or AI/LLM applications in knowledge management is essential, as is a solid understanding of regulated‑industry requirements such as CSV, data security and 21 CFR Part 11. Familiarity with modern learning ecosystem components (LMS, LXP, LRS, HRIS) and their integration via APIs, xAPI and SCORM is also required, together with a proven track record of guiding autonomous technical teams using agile experimentation. The role is based in Mississauga and does not include relocation support. Compensation is positioned between $136,936 and $179,728 annually, adjusted for experience and qualifications.
