Senior Manager Group Tax

SR Technics, a worldwide leader in engine maintenance, repair and overhaul based in Zurich, supports more than three hundred airline customers with tailored services and a strong focus on innovation, safety and sustainability. The Senior Manager Group Tax works alongside the Senior Manager VAT and reports to the VP Treasury & Tax, acting as the principal adviser on Swiss and cross‑border tax issues for the entire SR Technics Group. The daily agenda includes overseeing tax compliance for every entity in the group, handling corporate income tax filings, withholding tax statements and stamp duty obligations. The role also prepares and files the OECD BEPS Pillar 2 and Country‑by‑Country Reporting documents, shapes and rolls out transfer‑pricing frameworks for intercompany services and financing, and serves as the central liaison for all tax‑related queries across the multinational network. In addition, the incumbent coordinates global tax initiatives, crafts tax‑strategy plans, manages risk, assists local managers during audits and negotiations with tax authorities, and provides counsel for mergers and acquisitions, due‑diligence reviews, financing transactions, contractual drafting and internal training sessions. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics or law together with the Swiss Certified Tax Expert credential. At least eight years of tax experience, covering both Swiss and international matters, is required, as is a proven record of in‑house advisory work and handling tax audits.
