Global SHE Lead

The Global SHE Lead role at CPW involves spearheading and enhancing the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) strategy across various company sites, including factories, distribution centers, and head offices. The role also involves influencing business performance by partnering cross-functionally to elevate SHE outcomes and support safe, sustainable operations. To be successful in this role, candidates must have proven experience in safety within complex industrial environments, with a strong track record in driving safety culture transformation. Experience in operating and influencing across regional or global organizations is beneficial, as is hands-on leadership experience at the shop-floor level. Strong expertise in SHE management systems, auditing, and risk management, complemented by recognized safety certifications, is essential. Nice-to-have skills include the ability to engage, challenge, and align leaders across different functions, geographies, and organizational levels. The role requires a clear and impactful communicator who is fluent in English, with French being an additional plus.
