Fashion client engagement Intern - January 2027

Chanel, a world leader in luxury products, is seeking a Fashion client engagement Intern to join their Fashion Regional Marketing team. As part of this team, you will report to the Client Engagement manager and work on client communication coordination, clienteling, and client services, with a focus on Top clients engagement. You will collaborate with markets in Switzerland, Latin America, and India on various topics, gaining valuable experience in project coordination. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating client communication, sharing digital communication tools, and collecting market feedback. You will also be involved in clients services, such as ensuring global services guidelines are shared within the region and coordinating Mystery shopping waves. Additionally, you will support the Top Clients Jr. Manager in planning and rolling out Top clients experiences, including fashion shows and other global experiences. To be considered for this role, you must be currently enrolled in a Master Degree program, have a successful first international experience, and possess excellent organisational abilities. You should be detail-oriented, willing to work on new projects, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and you should be open to learning new tools. Fluency in French and English is mandatory, with Spanish and Portuguese being a plus.
