Service Controller R&D (a) 60-80%

Geberit International AG is seeking a Service Controller R&D to blend operational oversight with strategic business support and ongoing enhancement. The Service Controller R&D will handle regular R&D project and investment reporting, ensuring data accuracy and clear variance analysis. They will also manage cost and investment planning, forecasts, and updates. The role involves overseeing the entire project controlling cycle, from setup to closure, including documentation, archiving, and maintaining SAP Project System (PS) data. Additionally, the controller will support project managers and controllers with financial and system-related queries, and provide training on SAP PS. The position also involves improving controlling processes, standards, and IT tools, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives within Corporate Controlling. Candidates must have a degree in Finance, Controlling, or Business Administration, along with experience in a dynamic or project-driven controlling environment. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on approach are essential. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office is required, with experience in Power BI, SAC, or similar analytics tools being beneficial. Excellent communication skills in German and English are necessary to interact effectively across different levels and functions. The position is based in Jona, with a 40-hour workweek and at least 5 weeks of holiday per year.
