The Floor Supervisor Staff Housing position at Badrutt's Palace Hotel involves leading a small team of up to five staff members to guarantee top‑notch cleanliness and upkeep across roughly 300 staff rooms or 150 holiday apartments. You will act as the main organiser for linen handling and minor inventory, while working closely with Technical Services and Human Resources to keep service quality at its highest level. Training sessions are also part of the role, allowing you to help raise the overall cleaning standards. Your everyday duties centre on maintaining spotless and orderly staff areas throughout the hotel. You will supervise daily cleaning activities, ensure that all rooms meet the required standards, and manage the flow of linen and supplies so operations run smoothly. Close cooperation with other departments is essential to resolve issues quickly and keep the environment consistently excellent. The ideal candidate holds a professional qualification in hospitality together with relevant work experience, and has already led a team in a similar setting. Strong spoken English and Italian are required, while computer proficiency is needed to handle routine tasks efficiently.
