Product Marketing Specialist (60%) — Schlieren, Zurich

Fixposition, a startup that creates sensor technology enabling autonomous robots and vehicles to navigate safely, is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist working 60 % of a full‑time schedule from its Schlieren office near Zurich. The role focuses on crafting the narrative around the company’s positioning technology, translating complex engineering concepts into clear messages for buyers and decision‑makers. The day‑to‑day work blends strategic and tactical tasks. You will define positioning and messaging together with R&D and product teams, generate web copy, one‑pagers, case studies, whitepapers, videos, social posts and visual assets while leveraging AI tools for efficiency. Managing the LinkedIn and broader thought‑leadership presence, ensuring discoverability through both traditional and AI‑driven search, and running tradeshows, industry events and webinars from start to finish are also key. In addition, you will build lightweight automations in HubSpot, synthesize market, competitor and customer signals into actionable insights, support sales with pitch decks and RFP replies, coordinate localized material with the China team, and monitor campaign performance and funnel metrics. The position requires a technically fluent candidate who feels comfortable discussing topics with R&D, possesses a strong command of written English, and uses modern AI tools daily. Experience with HubSpot and the ability to create simple automations are essential, while basic scripting or SQL knowledge is advantageous. A background in engineering, robotics, sensors or computer science is a plus, as is German language proficiency and a valid Swiss work permit.
