HubSpot Administrator - Remote

The role is a HubSpot Administrator - Revenue Systems (SaaS) working as a contractor. The company is looking for someone to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems. The main day-to-day responsibilities include auditing CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, analyzing policy conflicts, and reviewing and reconciling data across CRM and connected platforms. The role also involves creating clear operational prompts and documentation, assessing the impact of CRM changes on various integrated tools, and providing insights on CRM optimization and system design. The must-have requirements include 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms, and experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts. Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions is also required. Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems, such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms, and working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation are essential. Experience working in SaaS environments and excellent written and verbal English communication skills are also required.
