Software Developer - Remote

The opening is for a remote Software Developer who will join a client’s engineering group, where creativity, accountability, and deep technical skill shape every initiative. The team is varied and collaborative, focusing on delivering robust, scalable products using contemporary programming languages and full‑stack approaches. Day‑to‑day duties involve crafting and sustaining backend and full‑stack solutions with languages such as Python, Rust, Go, Java or Node.js. The role requires close partnership with members from different disciplines to produce high‑quality software that adapts to shifting business needs. Clean, efficient, and well‑documented code is expected, along with regular debugging, performance tuning, and participation in code reviews, design talks, and architectural planning. The developer will be involved throughout the entire development cycle, from initial concept through testing and rollout, while keeping communication clear across distributed colleagues. Applicants must bring at least three years of practical experience in software creation, proficient in one or more of the listed languages or in full‑stack work. A proven track record of building reliable, maintainable systems, familiarity with remote agile workflows, and competence with modern tooling, version control, and CI/CD pipelines are essential. Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent written and spoken communication are required, as is the capacity to work independently and take initiative in a dispersed setting. Additional assets include hands‑on experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP or Azure, knowledge of DevOps practices and container technologies, and a background in mentoring or guiding small engineering groups.
