They are looking for a dedicated and reliable individual to join their team in Birsfelden as a Disponent/-in Transport 100%. The main responsibilities include managing the company's own fleet and coordinating external transport services using the Pracar system. This role involves checking loading lists, handling inquiries from customers, drivers, and internal teams, and updating drivers on daily changes. The position also requires organizing various types of transport, such as swap body, rail, and specialized transport. Additionally, the role involves creating and assigning delivery notes, recording quality reports for incorrect deliveries, and contributing to process optimization. Candidates must have completed training in transport, logistics, or a related field, or have a commercial background with relevant experience. Several years of experience in transport coordination are required. Strong geographical knowledge of Switzerland and proficiency in using tour planning and dispatch software are essential. Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems is beneficial. The ideal candidate will have a high sense of responsibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and efficiently. They must be adaptable and team-oriented, with excellent German and French language skills.
