Infrastructure & Observability Engineer

The company invites an experienced Infrastructure & Observability Engineer to join its vibrant, international team and contribute to projects for Europe's top brands. The daily work revolves around three core areas. First, the engineer will manage and evolve enterprise Linux environments on Red Hat and Debian, while supporting Docker and Kubernetes container platforms and handling patching, hardening and lifecycle tasks. Second, they will design, implement and maintain monitoring and observability stacks, building dashboards, alerts and reports with tools such as Splunk, Icinga, Grafana, Prometheus and Dynatrace, and automating these solutions across the infrastructure. Third, they will apply DevOps and IaC practices, creating automation workflows with Ansible, Terraform and Python, integrating monitoring into CI/CD pipelines, scripting routine operations, and ensuring configuration data in CMDBs (preferably Device42) stays consistent and secure. The position requires proven experience in enterprise‑level infrastructure administration, monitoring and observability, combined with a solid DevOps background. Candidates must be adept at Linux system administration (RHEL and Debian), Docker/Kubernetes management, and have hands‑on expertise with Splunk, Icinga, Zabbix, Dynatrace, Prometheus and Grafana. Proficiency in Ansible, Terraform, Python scripting, Git version control, and centralized secret‑management solutions is essential, as is the ability to work in complex, highly available environments while producing clear documentation and collaborating across teams.
