Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical abilities, a security‑focused mindset, experience with performance profiling, and effective teamwork and communication skills. Additional assets include experience with Linux, automation tools, and deep knowledge of networking and distributed‑system principles. A track record of designing secure protocols, self‑directed research, and participation in open‑source blockchain projects is highly valued. Anza offers a fast‑paced, innovative environment where your contributions directly impact the security and scalability of blockchain technology, with a US‑based base salary ranging from $180,000 to $300,000, plus incentive compensation.
