A solid grasp of international tax principles, especially BEPS and OECD developments, is essential, as are strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable effective influence and collaboration across a diverse, cross‑functional environment. Frontiers offers a workplace that values in‑person collaboration while providing appropriate adjustments when needed. Employees benefit from extra wellbeing days, up to three paid volunteering days per year, a 24/7 confidential Employee Assistance Program, and learning‑and‑development support through the Frontiers Learning Hub. Local benefits such as healthcare and pension provisions are competitive and country‑dependent. The company embraces diversity, with staff from more than 50 nations, and is committed to an inclusive, discrimination‑free environment.
