Business Development & Data Analytics Manager (80-100%)

Kellerhals Carrard is looking for a Business Development & Data Analytics Manager to help shape and expand its growth engine. The firm, a leading commercial law practice in Switzerland, wants a central figure who will build a modern, data‑driven business development system and reinforce its market position across all six locations. In this newly created role you will design, roll out and fine‑tune scalable business‑development processes for the whole firm. You will advise partners on pitches, proposals and client‑acquisition initiatives, while also creating reporting and analytics structures that make activities transparent. Daily tasks include analysing data, spotting trends, turning insights into concrete recommendations, and promoting the effective use of the firm's CRM as a strategic decision‑making tool. You will collaborate closely with partners, senior management and internal stakeholders in every office. The ideal candidate brings several years of experience, at least five, in business development within professional‑services environments such as law, consulting or audit firms. You are comfortable selling advisory and knowledge‑based services and excel at building and improving processes, systems and structures. A strong command of Excel is essential, and you naturally rely on data, KPIs and reports to guide decisions. Fluency in both German and English is required, and you thrive when working independently, in a structured manner and with a solution‑oriented mindset. Engaging with partners and senior stakeholders at various levels comes naturally to you. While French and Italian language skills are a plus, experience with BI tools and CRM systems is also valued.
