SAP Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Specialist (m/f/d)

As a Data Scientist (m/f/d) you will join Körber's Business Area Pharma, a global technology leader delivering intelligent manufacturing and supply‑chain solutions. In this position you will help the organisation become more data‑driven by creating new data products for the service business and by supporting company‑wide reporting initiatives. Your everyday work will involve designing and building data models on SAP Datasphere, then turning those models into analytical dashboards and KPI‑based reports in SAP Analytics Cloud. You will document the models, roll them out, and look for optimisation possibilities in the results. In addition, you will lead data‑centric projects as a Project or Program Manager and set up a Process‑Mining solution that enables root‑cause analysis for process improvement. The role requires a university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science or a comparable discipline. You must bring a strong enthusiasm for data, analytics and business processes together with solid conceptual thinking. Technical strength is essential, especially the ability to tackle complex business problems in a structured way, a good grasp of business contexts and the skill to spot where analytics can add value. You should be well‑versed in data analysis methods, comfortable handling large data sets, and experienced with databases and visualisation tools. Advanced SQL knowledge and hands‑on experience with SAP are mandatory, while excellent communication skills are needed to present insights clearly to stakeholders. A passion for continuous learning and a collaborative mindset are valued, and familiarity with Python is considered a plus.
