The Biotechnologist Drug Product role is based in Visp, Switzerland, and involves executing manufacturing activities in the drug product area. The main responsibilities include ensuring batch execution according to cGMP guidelines, evaluating test results, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment. The role also involves providing technical and procedural support to the manufacturing team, securing safe and timely batch production, and establishing high-quality production documentation. Additionally, the Biotechnologist will support process-related investigations, assist in decision-making on production issues, and perform training activities for relevant areas. To qualify for this role, candidates must have several years of experience in a GMP environment, preferably in sterile manufacturing of drug products. Fluency in English is required, with German being an asset. Familiarity with GMP requirements, quality procedures, and SOP execution is essential. Strong team orientation, effective communication skills, and a structured, focused working attitude are also crucial. Nice-to-have skills include IT knowledge and experience with SAP and MES. The role requires working in a 3-shift pattern, including nights and Saturdays.
