Foundational knowledge of OECD Pillar Two rules and a strong interest in global minimum tax compliance and reporting requirements are essential. Proven project and stakeholder management skills, ideally gained in international and cross-functional environments, are also necessary. Nice-to-have skills include fluency in German and/or French, in addition to English.
