Project & Operations Lead to the CEO

L.RAPHAEL Genève is a Swiss luxury label that creates high‑end wellness, beauty and longevity products, partnering with elite venues such as the Four Seasons. The company is expanding its global footprint and seeks a Project & Operations Lead who will work directly with the CEO in Geneva, providing a fast‑track learning experience alongside strategic decision‑making at the highest level. In this role you will translate the CEO’s ideas and directives into organized, actionable plans, manage a complex calendar, arrange travel and handle correspondence with precision and discretion. You will turn messages, voice notes and emails into clear tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and prepare reports, meeting notes and business documents in both English and French. The position also involves supporting the CEO’s personal agenda, acting as a liaison with internal teams and external partners, and contributing to projects linked to global expansion, brand collaborations and philanthropic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a young, energetic professional with a solid background in business, law or accounting and a strong sense of ownership. Fluency in English is required, while French and Hebrew are highly valued. You must demonstrate emotional stability, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive amid shifting priorities, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools; familiarity with project‑management software is a plus. The job offers frequent international travel—up to ten days a month and typically two to three trips—requiring adaptability to diverse cultural settings.
