German speaking Digital Sales Specialist in Barcelona w/Relocation Bonus

A German‑speaking Digital Sales Specialist will join an international team that powers one of the world’s most innovative advertising ecosystems, operating from Barcelona with a relocation bonus for newcomers. The position focuses on digital advertising, especially Google Ads and performance‑driven online campaigns, and offers a hybrid work model in a vibrant, coastal city. In this role you will act as a trusted adviser to small and medium‑size enterprises, guiding them to achieve their objectives through tailored ad solutions. Daily tasks include cultivating relationships with both new and existing clients, analysing their business aims, proposing customized campaign strategies, and identifying chances to expand accounts through upselling and performance optimisation. You will also translate data and insights into actionable recommendations and work closely with account managers to secure long‑term client success. The ideal candidate speaks German at a C1 level and English at B2 or higher, and brings prior experience in sales, account management, or digital marketing, with a strong preference for familiarity with Google Ads. A consultative approach, the ability to convert client needs into effective solutions, and confidence using tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and digital ad platforms are essential. Self‑driven, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment, you will also benefit from continuous training, certification opportunities, performance‑based incentives and the lifestyle advantages of living in Barcelona.
