The main responsibilities include overseeing the care process to ensure personalized and needs-based care, acting as a point of contact for residents and their families, fostering collaboration among different professional groups, and supporting staff, students, and trainees with their queries. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in nursing (HF, DN II, AKP), a strong focus on service and customer care, a genuine enjoyment of working with the elderly, and a willingness to pursue further specialized training.
