Middle Office Analyst - Temporary Position (3-Year Contract), M/F/D

The Middle Office Analyst is responsible for optimizing and implementing moderately complex financial operations and services, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal control standards. The main day-to-day responsibilities include accurate Daily Position & P&L reporting, profitability and month-end reporting, financial analysis, data management, and visualization. The role involves collaborating with internal and external business partners to handle operational tasks, provide timely responses, and resolve issues. Additionally, the analyst monitors and runs system processes, control reports, and system feeds, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness. The role also includes identifying and suggesting process and system improvements to mitigate risks, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. To qualify for this position, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, with a typical reflection of 3 years or more. Fluency in English is required. A good proficiency in Excel is preferred, along with basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI. Openness to adopting and using AI-driven solutions is also valued. Nice-to-have skills include strong teamwork and collaboration, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
